このプライバシーポリシーは、モバイルデバイス向けの無料サービスとして Ryosuke Hayashi（以下「サービス提供者」）が作成した「毎日家計簿」アプリ（旧名「細かくやりたい人のための家計簿」、以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本サービスは現状のまま提供されます。
情報の収集と利用
本アプリは、ダウンロードおよびご利用時に以下のような情報を収集する場合があります。
- お使いのデバイスのIPアドレス
- 本アプリ内で閲覧したページ、閲覧日時、各ページの閲覧時間
- 本アプリの利用時間
- モバイルデバイスのオペレーティングシステムの種類
本アプリは、デバイスの正確な位置情報を収集しません。
本アプリは、人工知能（AI）技術を使用していません。
サービス提供者は、重要なお知らせや必要な通知、プロモーション情報をお届けするために、お客様にご連絡する場合があります。
より良い体験を提供するため、本アプリのご利用にあたり、個人を特定できる情報（hys.iroha@gmail.com を含む）のご提供をお願いする場合があります。ご提供いただいた情報は、本プライバシーポリシーに記載された目的で使用されます。
第三者への情報提供
本アプリおよびサービスの改善のため、集計・匿名化されたデータを定期的に外部サービスへ送信することがあります。また、本プライバシーポリシーに記載された方法により、お客様の情報を第三者と共有する場合があります。
サービス提供者は、以下の場合にお客様の情報を開示することがあります。

サービス提供者は、お客様が本アプリをご利用中の間、およびその後の妥当な期間、データを保持します。データの削除をご希望の場合は、hys.iroha@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
お子様の利用について
サービス提供者は、13歳未満のお子様から意図的にデータを収集したり、お子様に向けたマーケティングを行うことはありません。
お子様が本アプリを通じて個人情報を提供してしまった可能性がある場合は、hys.iroha@gmail.com までご連絡ください。速やかに対応いたします。保護者の方には、お子様が許可なく個人情報を提供しないよう見守っていただくようお願いいたします。なお、個人情報の取り扱いに同意するには16歳以上である必要があります（一部の国では保護者が代理で同意できる場合があります）。

サービス提供者は、お客様の情報の安全性を重視しており、情報を保護するための物理的・電子的・手続き上の適切な対策を講じています。

This privacy policy applies to the 毎日家計簿 app (formerly 細かくやりたい人のための家計簿, hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Ryosuke Hayashi (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at hys.iroha@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (hys.iroha@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
