プライバシーポリシー
本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「タイム計算機」（ホーム画面での表示名は「ペース計算」。陸上・マラソン向けに、距離とタイムからキロペースや400mのタイムを計算するアプリ。以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。
- 開発者は、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。開発者が運営するサーバーはなく、アカウント登録・広告・利用状況の分析ツールもありません。
- 本アプリはインターネットと通信しません。計算はすべて端末の中で行います。
- 位置情報・カメラ・マイク・写真・連絡先・ヘルスケアなど、端末の機能や情報へのアクセス許可は求めません。
1. 開発者が収集する情報
開発者は、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・端末の識別子・利用履歴などの情報を収集しません。本アプリには、開発者が運営するサーバーへデータを送る仕組み、アカウント登録、広告、利用状況の分析（アクセス解析）ツールは含まれていません。本アプリは人工知能（AI）技術を使用していません。
2. 端末の中で扱う情報
入力内容と表示設定
- 利用目的：次に本アプリを開いたときに、前回の入力をそのまま表示するため。
- 保存する内容：選んだ種目、入力した距離・タイム・ペース、計算モード、ペースの単位、スプリット表の間隔。
- 端末の中の本アプリ専用の保存領域にだけ保存し、開発者や第三者へ送ることはありません。
- iPhoneのバックアップ（iCloudバックアップなど）を有効にしている場合、iOSの仕組みにより、この保存内容もバックアップに含まれることがあります。
3. 外部サービスとの通信
本アプリは、インターネットを使う機能を持たず、外部のサービスと通信しません。
なお、App Storeで配布するアプリには、Appleの仕組みとして、利用者がiPhoneの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「解析および改善」で「Appデベロッパと共有」をオンにしている場合に限り、Appleからクラッシュ情報や利用状況の統計が開発者に提供されます。これらはAppleのプライバシーポリシー（https://www.apple.com/jp/legal/privacy/）に従って取り扱われ、開発者は本アプリの不具合修正と改善のためだけに使います。
4. 第三者への提供
開発者は利用者の個人情報を収集しないため、開発者が第三者へ提供することはありません。
5. 利用者ができること
- 本アプリの「クリア」ボタンで、入力したタイム・ペースを消せます。
- 本アプリを削除すると、本アプリが端末に保存した情報もすべて削除されます。
- Appleから開発者へのクラッシュ情報などの提供は、iPhoneの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「解析および改善」の「Appデベロッパと共有」でいつでも止められます。
6. お子様の利用について
開発者は、13歳未満のお子様を含め、利用者から個人情報を収集しません。
7. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、機能の追加や法令の変更などに応じて改定することがあります。改定した場合はこのページに掲載し、下記の日付を更新します。
本プライバシーポリシーは2026年10月5日より有効です。

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the iOS app "タイム計算機" (shown as "ペース計算" on the Home Screen; an app for track and marathon runners that calculates pace per kilometer and 400m lap times from distance and time; the "Application") handles information.
- The Developer does not collect your personal information. There is no server operated by the Developer, no account registration, no advertising and no usage analytics.
- The Application does not communicate over the internet. All calculations are done on your device.
- The Application does not request access to any device features or data, such as location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts or Health.
1. Information Collected by the Developer
The Developer does not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, usage history or any other information. The Application has no mechanism to send data to a server operated by the Developer, no account registration, no advertising and no analytics tools. The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
2. Information Handled on Your Device
Inputs and Display Settings
- Purpose: to show your previous inputs the next time you open the Application.
- What is stored: the selected event, the distance, time and pace you entered, the calculation mode, the pace unit and the split interval.
- They are stored only in the Application's own storage area on your device and are never sent to the Developer or to third parties.
- If iPhone backup (such as iCloud Backup) is turned on, iOS may include this stored data in your backup.
3. Communication with External Services
The Application has no features that use the internet and does not communicate with any external services.
As part of App Store distribution, Apple provides crash information and usage statistics to developers only if you have turned on "Share with App Developers" in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements. This information is handled under Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/), and the Developer uses it only to fix bugs and improve the Application.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
Since the Developer does not collect personal information, the Developer does not share any with third parties.
5. Your Choices
- You can clear the time and pace you entered with the "クリア" (Clear) button in the Application.
- Deleting the Application also deletes all information it stored on your device.
- You can stop Apple from sharing crash information with developers at any time with "Share with App Developers" in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
6. Children
The Developer does not collect personal information from any users, including children under the age of 13.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated when features are added or laws change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-10-05.
