プライバシーポリシー
本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「事故らんでや」（4区道路リスク。練馬・板橋・北・豊島の道路要注意度マップ。以下「本アプリ」）と、そのWeb版（第8項）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。本アプリの開発者（以下「開発者」）は、必要最小限の情報だけを、利用者の操作に応じて扱います。
- 開発者は、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。開発者が運営するサーバーはなく、アカウント登録・広告・利用状況の分析ツールもありません。
- 位置情報・マイク・音声認識・通知は、利用者が許可し、該当する機能を使ったときだけ使います。
- 地図・道路の画像・住所検索のために、Apple・Google・国土地理院のサービスと通信します。そのとき、検索した言葉や地点の座標がそれぞれのサービスに送られます。
1. 開発者が収集する情報
開発者は、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・端末の識別子・利用履歴などの情報を収集しません。本アプリには、開発者が運営するサーバーへデータを送る仕組み、アカウント登録、広告、利用状況の分析（アクセス解析）ツールは含まれていません。本アプリは人工知能（AI）技術を使用していません。
2. 端末の中で扱う情報
位置情報
- 利用目的：地図上に現在地を表示し、現在地へ地図を移動するため。アプリを開いたときに、現在地の周りの道路を拡大して表示するため（設定でオフにできます）。ルート検索で、現在地を出発地にするため。アプリ内のナビで、ルート上のどこを走っているかを求め、案内と読み上げを行うため。Appleの地図のナビは、案内の計算を端末の中だけで行います。Googleの地図のナビは、Googleのナビ（Navigation SDK）が案内するため、ナビ中の現在地がGoogleへ送られます（第3項）。本アプリが走った道のりを保存することはありません。
- 「Appの使用中のみ」の許可を、アプリを初めて開いたとき（「起動したら現在地の周りを表示」がオンのとき）か、現在地ボタンを押したときに求めます。許可しなくても他の機能は使えます（アプリを開いたときは4区全体を表示します）。
- ナビ中は、画面を消したり、ほかのアプリに切り替えたりしても案内を続けるため、位置情報を使い続けます（画面の上部に、位置情報を使用中であることが表示されます）。ナビを終了すると止まります。
- 本アプリが位置情報を開発者へ送ることはありません。現在地は地図の表示に使われるため、地図サービス（AppleまたはGoogle）の仕組みの中で扱われます。また、Googleの地図のナビ中は、Googleのナビに送られます（第3項）。
- 許可はいつでも、iPhoneの「設定」アプリから変更・取り消しができます。
マイク・音声認識
- 利用目的：検索欄の音声入力（話した住所や施設の名前を文字にして検索する）のため。
- マイクは、マイクボタンを押してから話し終わるまで（最長15秒）だけ使います。
- 音声認識には Apple の音声認識機能を使います。端末内での認識に対応した端末では端末の中で処理し、対応していない端末では Apple のサーバーで処理される場合があります。
- 録音した音声や認識した文字を、本アプリが保存したり開発者へ送ったりすることはありません。認識した文字は住所検索の言葉として使われます（第3項）。
通知
- Googleの地図のナビを初めて使うときに、通知の許可を求めます。ナビ中にほかのアプリに切り替えている間、次に曲がる案内を通知で出すためです（通知の内容は端末の中で作られます）。許可しなくてもナビは使えます。
Google Maps Platform の API キー
- 利用者が設定画面で入力した場合に限り、その端末の Keychain（iOSの安全な保存領域）に保存します。
- 開発者へ送ることはありません。Googleの地図・ストリートビュー・住所検索を使うときに、Googleへのリクエストに含めて送られます。
- 設定画面の「削除」で、いつでも端末から消せます。
道路データ
道路の幅・勾配などのデータは本アプリに同梱されており、端末の中だけで使います。個人に関する情報は含みません。
3. 外部サービスとの通信
本アプリは、次の機能のために外部のサービスと通信します。送られる情報は各社のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

Googleの地図（Maps SDK for iOS）とGoogleのナビ（Navigation SDK）を使うときは、Googleのサービスの提供・改善と不具合の調査のため、SDKが次の情報をGoogleへ送ります（GoogleがSDKのプライバシーマニフェストで示している内容です）：端末の識別子、クラッシュの情報、性能の情報、地図の操作に関する情報、その他の診断の情報。Googleのナビでは、これに加えてナビ中の正確な位置情報が送られます。Googleは、これらをトラッキング（他社のアプリやWebサイトをまたいだ追跡や広告）に使わないと示しています。開発者がこれらを受け取ることはありません。

4. 第三者への提供
開発者は利用者の個人情報を収集しないため、開発者が第三者へ提供することはありません。第3項の外部サービスへの送信は、利用者が該当する機能を使ったときに、その機能を動かすためだけに行われます。
5. 利用者ができること
- 位置情報・マイク・音声認識・通知の許可は、iPhoneの「設定」アプリでいつでも変更・取り消しできます。
- APIキーは、本アプリの設定画面からいつでも削除できます。削除するとAppleの地図に戻り、Googleとの通信は行われなくなります（「Googleストリートビューで開く」を押した場合を除く）。
- 本アプリを削除すると、本アプリが端末に保存した情報も削除されます。
6. お子様の利用について
開発者は、13歳未満のお子様を含め、利用者から個人情報を収集しません。
7. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、機能の追加や法令の変更などに応じて改定することがあります。改定した場合はこのページに掲載し、下記の日付を更新します。
本プライバシーポリシーは2026年10月5日より有効です（2026年10月18日改定）。
8. Web版（ブラウザで使う版）について
本アプリと同じ機能のWeb版を、共有リンクを受け取った方に向けて提供しています。Web版での情報の取り扱いは、上記に加えて次のとおりです。
- 共有リンク：Web版のプログラムと道路データは暗号化して配信しており、共有リンクに含まれる鍵（URLの「#」より後ろの部分）を使って、利用者のブラウザの中で復号します。この部分はブラウザからサーバーへ送られません。
- 道路データの読み込みと要注意度の計算は、すべて利用者のブラウザの中で行います。開発者のサーバーへの送信、アカウント登録、広告、アクセス解析はありません。ページは GitHub Pages（GitHub, Inc.）から配信され、配信に伴いGitHubがIPアドレスなどのアクセス記録を扱う場合があります。
- 位置情報：ページを開いたとき（凡例の「開いたら現在地の周りを表示」がオンのとき。現在地の周りの道路を拡大して表示するため）か、現在地ボタンを押したときに、ブラウザが位置情報の許可を求めます。現在地は地図の表示にだけ使い、保存・送信しません（地図の表示に伴い、表示している地図の範囲が地図サービスへ送られます）。許可はブラウザの設定でいつでも取り消せます。
- ブラウザへの保存：選んだ区・色分け・車両・地図の種類を、次に開いたときのために、ブラウザの保存領域（localStorage）に保存します。個人に関する情報は含みません。ブラウザのサイトデータを消すと削除されます。
- APIキー：Web版で使う Google Maps Platform の APIキーは開発者のもので、暗号化したページの中に含まれます（使えるサイトとAPIを制限しています）。利用者がAPIキーを入力することはありません。
- 外部サービス：Google（Maps JavaScript API による地図の表示、Maps Embed API による区間カルテのストリートビュー、Geocoding による住所検索、「Googleストリートビューで開く」によるGoogleマップの表示）と、国土地理院（Googleの地図が使えないときの地図タイル「地理院タイル」と、住所検索。住所検索の一部に東京大学CSISのサービスが使われています）と通信します。送られる主な情報は、表示している地図の範囲、ストリートビューを求めた地点の座標と道の向き、住所検索で入力した言葉、ブラウザの通信に伴う技術的な情報（IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、参照元のページなど）です。Googleがクッキー等を利用する場合があります。
- 住所検索：Googleの地図のときはGoogleで、それ以外のとき（またはGoogleの住所検索が使えないとき）は国土地理院で探します。入力した言葉は検索のためだけに送られ、本ページが保存することはありません。
- ルート検索：出発地と目的地の座標（出発地を空欄にした場合は現在地）を Google（Routes API）へ送り、ルートを受け取ります。出発地・目的地の言葉は、地点を探すために Google（Geocoding）または国土地理院へ送られます。受け取ったルートに沿った要注意度の判定は、ブラウザの中だけで行い、保存・送信しません。「Google マップでナビを開始」を押すと、目的地（と出発地）の座標が Google マップに渡されます。
- iPhone アプリで案内：区間カルテで選んだ地点の座標・名前と、選んでいる車両を、アプリを開くリンク（または QR コード）にします。リンクは利用者の端末の中でアプリに渡されるだけで、どこにも送信しません。アプリは受け取った地点を目的地にしてルートを探します（第3項のルート検索と同じ扱い）。
- Web版には、音声入力の機能はありません。

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the iOS app "事故らんでや" (4区道路リスク, a road caution map for Nerima, Itabashi, Kita and Toshima wards in Tokyo; the "Application") and its web version (Section 8) handle information. The developer of the Application (the "Developer") handles only the minimum information needed, and only in response to your actions.
- The Developer does not collect your personal information. There is no server operated by the Developer, no account registration, no advertising and no usage analytics.
- Location, microphone, speech recognition and notifications are used only when you allow them and use the related feature.
- For maps, road imagery and address search, the Application communicates with services provided by Apple, Google and the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan (GSI). Your search words and the coordinates of places are sent to those services.
1. Information Collected by the Developer
The Developer does not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, usage history or any other information. The Application has no mechanism to send data to a server operated by the Developer, no account registration, no advertising and no analytics tools. The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
2. Information Handled on Your Device
Location
- Purpose: to show your current location on the map and move the map to it, to use it as the starting point of a route search, and, during in-app navigation, to find where you are on the route for guidance and voice prompts. Navigation on the Apple map is calculated only on the device. Navigation on the Google map is provided by Google's navigation (Navigation SDK), so your location during navigation is sent to Google (see Section 3). The Application does not store the route you drove.
- "While Using the App" permission is requested when you tap the current location button. All other features work without it.
- During navigation, the Application keeps using your location even when the screen is off or you switch to another app, so that guidance continues (the top of the screen shows that location is in use). It stops when you end navigation.
- The Application does not send your location to the Developer. Your location is shown on the map and is therefore handled within the map service (Apple or Google), and during navigation on the Google map it is sent to Google's navigation (see Section 3).
- You can change or revoke the permission at any time in the iPhone Settings app.
Microphone and Speech Recognition
- Purpose: voice input in the search field (turning a spoken address or place name into text to search).
- The microphone is used only from when you tap the microphone button until you finish speaking (up to 15 seconds).
- Apple's speech recognition is used. On devices that support on-device recognition, it is processed on the device; on other devices it may be processed on Apple's servers.
- The Application does not store recorded audio or recognized text, and does not send them to the Developer. Recognized text is used as the search words (see Section 3).
Notifications
- The first time you use navigation on the Google map, the Application asks for permission to send notifications, so that the next turn can be shown as a notification while you are in another app during navigation (notifications are created on the device). Navigation works without it.
Google Maps Platform API Key
- Only if you enter one in the Settings screen, it is stored in the device's Keychain (iOS secure storage).
- It is never sent to the Developer. It is included in requests to Google when you use Google's map, Street View or address search.
- You can remove it at any time with "Delete" in the Settings screen.
Road Data
Road width and slope data are bundled with the Application and used only on your device. They contain no personal information.
3. Communication with External Services
The Application communicates with the following services for the features below. Information sent is handled according to each provider's privacy policy.

When you use Google's map (Maps SDK for iOS) and Google's navigation (Navigation SDK), the SDKs send the following information to Google to provide and improve Google's services and to investigate problems (as stated by Google in the SDKs' privacy manifests): device identifiers, crash data, performance data, information about your interaction with the map, and other diagnostic data. Google's navigation also sends your precise location during navigation. Google states that it does not use this information for tracking (following you across other companies' apps and websites, or advertising). The Developer does not receive this information.

4. Sharing with Third Parties
Since the Developer does not collect personal information, the Developer does not share any with third parties. Information is sent to the external services in Section 3 only when you use the related feature, and only to make that feature work.
5. Your Choices
- You can change or revoke location, microphone, speech recognition and notification permissions at any time in the iPhone Settings app.
- You can delete the API key at any time in the Settings screen. The Application then returns to the Apple map and no longer communicates with Google (except when you tap "Open in Google Street View").
- Deleting the Application also deletes the information it stored on your device.
6. Children
The Developer does not collect personal information from any users, including children under the age of 13.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated when features are added or laws change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-10-05 (revised 2026-10-12).
8. Web Version
A web version with the same features as the Application is provided to people who receive a shared link. In addition to the above, the web version handles information as follows.
- Shared link: the program and road data of the web version are delivered encrypted and are decrypted in your browser with the key included in the shared link (the part of the URL after "#"). Your browser does not send this part to any server.
- Loading the road data and calculating caution levels are done entirely in your browser. There is no sending to a server operated by the Developer, no account registration, no advertising and no analytics. The pages are delivered by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), and GitHub may handle access records such as IP addresses as part of delivering them.
- Location: your browser asks for location permission when you tap the current location button. Your location is used only to show it on the map and is not stored or sent (the visible map area is sent to the map service as part of showing the map). You can revoke the permission at any time in your browser settings.
- Browser storage: the selected ward, color mode, vehicle and map type are saved in your browser's storage (localStorage) for your next visit. They contain no personal information and are deleted when you clear the site data in your browser.
- API key: the Google Maps Platform API key used by the web version belongs to the Developer and is included in the encrypted page (restricted to specific sites and APIs). You never enter an API key.
- External services: Google (map display with the Maps JavaScript API, Street View in the road card with the Maps Embed API, address search with Geocoding, and Google Maps when you tap "Open in Google Street View") and GSI (map tiles, "GSI Tiles", when Google's map is not available, and address search, which partly uses a service of CSIS, the University of Tokyo). The main information sent is the visible map area, the coordinates and road direction of the place for Street View, the words you enter in address search, and technical information sent as part of browser communication (IP address, browser type, referring page, etc.). Google may use cookies or similar technologies.
- Address search: on the Google map, Google is used; otherwise (or when Google's address search is not available), GSI is used. The words you enter are sent only to perform the search and are not stored by the page.
- Route search: the coordinates of the origin and destination (your current location if the origin is left empty) are sent to Google (Routes API) to get routes. The words you enter for the origin and destination are sent to Google (Geocoding) or GSI to find the places. The caution levels along the route are calculated only in your browser and are not stored or sent. When you tap "Open navigation in Google Maps", the destination (and origin) coordinates are passed to Google Maps.
- Open in the iPhone app: the coordinates and name of the place selected in the road card, and the selected vehicle, are put into a link (or a QR code) that opens the app. The link is only passed to the app on your device and is not sent anywhere. The app uses the place as the destination of a route search (handled as route search in Section 3).
- The web version has no voice input.
